Booking Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Fleevigo Mobility Sociedad Limitada, NIF B23948631, with registered address at CL, Velázquez 27, 28001 Madrid, Spain (“Fleevigo Premium”, “Fleevigo”, “we”, “us”). By booking or using our chauffeur services, you (“Client”, “Passenger”, or “User”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

These Terms apply to all bookings made through our website, WhatsApp, email, phone, booking partners, affiliates, or any Fleevigo Premium platform.

1. About Fleevigo Premium

Fleevigo Premium provides luxury chauffeur and executive transportation services across multiple countries through a global network of licensed chauffeur partners and professional drivers.

Services include:

  • Airport transfers
  • Hotel transfers
  • Hourly chauffeur dispatch
  • Corporate transportation
  • Event transportation
  • VIP & bespoke travel arrangements

2. Booking Confirmation

A booking is only confirmed once:

  • Availability is verified
  • Pricing is agreed
  • Required payment or deposit is received
  • Confirmation is issued by Fleevigo Premium

Fleevigo reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking at its discretion for operational, safety, or compliance reasons.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are quoted in the applicable local currency or agreed currency.

Pricing may vary based on:

  • Vehicle category
  • Travel distance
  • Duration
  • Waiting time
  • Tolls
  • Parking fees
  • Airport surcharges
  • Peak season demand
  • Special event periods
  • Last-minute bookings

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Extended waiting time
  • Additional stops
  • Route changes
  • Overnight chauffeur requirements
  • Excess luggage
  • Child seats
  • Cleaning fees caused by passengers

Unless otherwise stated, quotations are subject to availability at the time of booking confirmation.

4. Cancellation Policy

To maintain service quality and chauffeur availability, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup may be partially refundable or non-refundable.
  • No-shows are fully chargeable.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on payment provider or banking institution.

For special events, peak season bookings, multi-day reservations, or large group transportation, separate cancellation terms may apply.

5. Waiting Time

Airport Transfers:

  • Complimentary waiting time of up to 60 minutes from actual flight landing time is included for airport pickups.

Non-Airport Pickups:

  • A grace waiting period may be provided depending on service type and location.

Additional waiting time beyond complimentary limits may incur extra charges.

Fleevigo reserves the right to release the chauffeur if the passenger cannot be contacted after reasonable waiting attempts.

6. Flight Delays & Monitoring

For airport transfers, passengers are responsible for providing accurate flight details.

Where flight details are provided:

  • We may monitor flights for delays or early arrivals
  • Pickup timing may be adjusted accordingly

Fleevigo is not responsible for service disruptions caused by:

  • Incorrect flight information
  • Immigration delays
  • Customs delays
  • Lost luggage
  • Airport operational issues

7. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:

  • Behave respectfully toward chauffeurs and staff
  • Follow local laws and safety regulations
  • Wear seatbelts where required
  • Avoid damaging vehicles
  • Avoid illegal, dangerous, abusive, or disruptive behavior

Passengers are financially responsible for:

  • Vehicle damage
  • Excessive cleaning
  • Smoking violations
  • Missing vehicle items caused during their booking

Chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service if passenger behavior creates safety concerns.

8. Luggage & Personal Belongings

Passengers are responsible for ensuring luggage size and quantity are suitable for the selected vehicle category.

Fleevigo is not liable for:

  • Lost belongings
  • Forgotten items
  • Damaged luggage
  • Delayed baggage

Any recovered items may be returned at the passenger’s expense.

9. Vehicle Substitution

While we aim to provide the requested vehicle category, Fleevigo reserves the right to substitute vehicles with a similar or upgraded category when necessary due to operational requirements or availability.

10. Child Seats

Child seats may be available upon request and subject to availability.

Passengers are responsible for:

  • Informing us in advance
  • Providing accurate child age information
  • Ensuring local child transportation laws are followed

Availability of child seats may vary by country and city.

11. Limitation of Liability

Fleevigo Premium shall not be liable for:

  • Traffic delays
  • Road closures
  • Weather disruptions
  • Public events
  • Strikes
  • Government restrictions
  • Accidents beyond our control
  • Third-party operational failures
  • Missed flights or appointments caused by unforeseen circumstances

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the affected booking.

12. Third-Party Chauffeur Partners

Certain services may be fulfilled by licensed third-party transportation operators within Fleevigo’s global network.

All partner operators are expected to comply with applicable transportation laws and professional standards.

13. Corporate & Event Bookings

For corporate accounts, delegations, weddings, roadshows, or large-scale events:

  • Separate agreements may apply
  • Deposits may be required
  • Dedicated cancellation terms may apply

Operational schedules may be adjusted for event logistics and security coordination.

14. Force Majeure

Fleevigo shall not be considered in breach of obligations where performance is prevented by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Political instability
  • Terrorism
  • Pandemic restrictions
  • Airport shutdowns
  • Severe weather
  • Civil unrest

15. Privacy & Data Protection

By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of booking-related information necessary for service delivery and customer support.

We aim to handle personal information responsibly and securely in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

16. Website Usage

Users agree not to:

  • Misuse the website
  • Attempt unauthorized access
  • Submit false bookings
  • Interfere with platform operations

All website content, branding, logos, and materials remain the intellectual property of Fleevigo Premium unless otherwise stated.

17. Amendments

Fleevigo Premium reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.

The latest version published on our website shall apply.
